The fact that Ken Bates even considered appointing Simon Grayson was bad enough, but we were only a year behind schedule in getting out of League 1, so he got away with it to a certain extent. The fact that he's still here, nearly 3 years later, is ridiculous. Norwich had an embarrassing defeat on the opening day, changed managers and never looked back. Okay so it wasn't 7-1 but it easily could have been. Grayson's luck should favour the club, not him. What is the point of us sitting bottom of the league with the transfer window shut? Ken Bates may be a lot of things but he's never struck me as a fool. But that's how Grayson has continually made him look.
