That's really weird I was looking at that on you tube yesterday along with several others - check out the one where Joanna Lumley is standing in for Terry Wogan and interviewing Spike and Harry Secombe absolutely hilarious. They tell the story of when they first met had me p***ing myself.

I know it will not probably appealing to the younger ones who may have no idea about the times he was performing but people like Spike only come long once in a lifetime and as a fan of The Goons I got the alternative comedy they produced.

I have grandchildren who are big fans of Michael McIntyre and the like who, for me anyway, are poor reincarnations of old style music hall stand ups. But like everything else humour is relative to the times we live in.

Mad Medley of Milligan is one of my most adored short reads.

Watched this during he week. Had his fellow audience members in stitches. He was a genius. Years ahead of his time and definitely off the planet.

Anybody ever see the one on Michael Parkinson show where he was talking about being on a train and having the Brad Pitts. He was crying trying to tell it. Sorry not techy enough to upload things.
