I think that unlikely - over 3m shirts that wouldn't have been bought had Pogba not been signed? Also, unless the Margin is 50%, £200m sales still wouldn't recoup his fee.
Juve paid the agent. Their director guy confirmed that in his statement. Nice work if you can get it.
£69m ... I got £1m ... just because I asked for it ....nobody seemed too bothered about just how much money was being wasted tbf ... snooze you lose
How are you feeling about the Q/F? You gits are finding form just at the right time. Not looking forward to it, I have to be honest. Could go either way, I'm just hoping we build some momentum to that game, like you lot seem to be.
one swallow does not a summer make. Last time we played you in this comp (also Q/F) we battered you 4-0, it was the only bright spot in a dismal relegation season. I'm hoping we have turned the corner, but we are defensively weak atm and the strikers we have got fit couldn't hit a barn door if the ball was leaning against it, although Ayew has returned from injury. We may even get Sakho or Carroll back by then, though I won't be holding my breath, 1 is Mr Glass and the other is even more injury prone. Surprised Fletcher hasn't been given more of a run in the team, when he's come on he's looked far better than Calleiri and Zaza (I'd prefer to have 10 men than 11 with Zaza). TBH I think it all depends on the team Jose' puts out, though history says it will be a strong one. I'm hoping The Zlatan is out, he'll destroy our defence.
Zlatan needs the service. What we need is for Mourinho to sort out his midfield. Far too many being squeezed into unfamiliar positions. We have a semi-decent run of games up until the Q/F. Really need to get a run of wins and build confidence and get some rhythm to our play. I'll be honest, I'd love us to win this competition. FA Cup followed by League Cup can only build a winning mentality.
There were more arrests at Man Utd v LFC in the Europa cup than have been at any game at the OS, surprisingly the BBC rhetoric is different when"only 7" people are arrested for trouble making, compared to the "utter disgrace" of 4 being arrested at the OS (of which one was for cannabis and another for ticket touting)
The disgrace is that it was so few, not so many. If the ground was policed better there would have been more. Obviously. If you can produce evidence of similar violence inside the ground at Old Trafford then I'll retract what i said. You won't.
Ern until you accept the rife hooliganism at your club, how can you even begin to fix it? It's like a crack or heroine junkie mate, need to admit it to yourself first, then ask for help, then others can support you.
