0 shots on target for City, embarrassing and they bought on all there big guns. Don't think City had a decent attempt all game.
Well, 6 pages on a matchday thread and we still haven't managed to beat the amount the scousers have commented on our game. we (and the refs) should ask them the rules of football because apparently we should have had about 15 yellow cards tonight. I sometimes feel humbled by their knowledge of football...............second thoughts, no I don't
Obsessed mate If I could find one balanced poster on there I might actually make the effort of seeing what they've written tonight. You'd think seeing as they're playing well they'd be more focused on their own team. Even at our time of dominance I rarely saw United fans busying themselves talking about Pool when there was so much to cheer about our own club.
We're 6 points behind them and they're still afraid. I think it will take a couple of generations before they get over the pain we've caused them over the last few decades
Thoughts on West Ham in the next round @Diego ? They're just about finding their form again. We seem to have that with all the teams we're facing
Should be a good game, I had their game with Chelsea on a stream tonight and they were well worth the win. Not sure why they fell apart so much at the start of the season but they are a good team and will get better over the next few weeks. If we beat them we could get a decent semi against Leeds or Hull
It was their home form affecting their overall confidence wasn't it? The new stadium/pitch was not what they were used to. From what I've read, Bilic started holding their training sessions at the ground and now they're back to winning ways. Shouldn't really matter seeing as we're at home, but confidence is a big thing. And I agree, they'll be tough oppo.
Man City were crap tonight, they had no shots on target, considering they've spent the most money out of the premier league clubs this summer.
6 without a win for Gladioli. Deidre will be disappointed. Maybe we'll hear from him after he's released by the local Stratford constabulary.
He's certainly being given an easy ride. I wonder when the revolt will start within the prima donnas known as the City squad. In the past it's been Tevez then Yaya, my money's on Aguero this time.
Gladioli must be the only person in football who doesn't rate Aguero. He also seems to have fallen out with Kompany. He chucked him right under the bus in his post match interview!
