Only weaker side we could have got was Leeds. Arsenal, Liverpool, United, Southampton and West Ham are all better than Toon/Leeds/Us.

I don't usually bother with cup games, but a good friend of mine has said if we drew newcastle (his team) we would go in his bosses box. Which is nice.

 

The KCOM will only be full if we give Newcastle 10,000 tickets. We could only sell 18,000 home tickets against Chelsea for a Saturday game.

Historically, in the FA Cup, we have the worst FA Cup record of any team left in the competition.
Historically, Newcastle are the 3rd best ever team in making appearances in the final and subsequently winning the trophy.
The FA cup can conjure up some shocks ( Wigan 1-0 Everton).
