Loverboy, you make no sense ... you say Monk picks his bench in anticipation of problems so he can implement his plan b, then you say he can't actually decide on a plan b until a problem is identified

it's clear you don't want Monk at Leeds, because if you're only "65%" behind him after all the excellent work he's done, then you may be better off watching paint dry ... then to say "there's something not quite right about him" is simply diabolical, because once again you behave like Trump with a throw away line and you don't care to explain why you would make such a claim

Monk is the best thing that's happened to Leeds for a very long time, and I for one would love to see him here for at least three seasons as a minimum ... he clearly has the potential to become a top class manager, and it would be great for Leeds if he did that here ... Cellino needs to keep backing him by adding more quality and experience, and with the talented youngsters we possess the future certainly looks bright ... Monk is the right man at the right time for us, he is building something positive, and as our team matures and grow so we start to gain momentum

we now have a team capable of standing up to all-comers in the Championship, we fear nobody and we are winning home games again ... for me, Monk is far beyond the 65% mark

I thought Charlie Taylor was going to be a top class attacking full back from an early age, but his agent seems to have put the block on his career.

No disrespects Billy, your first line isn't what I wrote.......:emoticon-0148-yes:

I'm behind Monk, I'm certainly not against him, but the season is still young, he still has to prove himself and there's still a lot of learning for him to do; you yourself used the word potential.

I respect your opinon/s on Monk Billy, and again respectfully speaking, similar and same were said about Grayson, McDermott, Redfearn and Evans, not everyone sees Monk in the same light as you do at this moment in time.

10 games time may see the penduluum swing to 80 or 85%, we have to wait and see......:emoticon-0148-yes:

I believe I did write my reasons for saying "there's something not quite right about him".....:emoticon-0148-yes:

New low level holding pattern area centred over W.O.T.
    Buy ear defenders.
