i don't even know who paid the agents fee.

it is called google though <whistle>

    http://www.independent.co.uk/sport/...a-27m-transfer-juventus-confirm-a7379831.html

juve confirmed in thier AGM how much he was paid. and it is claimed that it was paid out of the 89mil by utd. so juve got 89-24.1...

    quotes

"We signed Pogba from Manchester United at the end of his contract for a fee of €1.5m in order to prevent the English club from starting a legal procedure that could have delayed his registration," Marotta said.

"The agreement with the player resulted in a number of costs for activities carried out by agents and advisors.

"After four years at Juventus, he decided to return to England. He wanted to move at all costs, and not just for the money. We could also have met his demands, but that would have resulted in unrest in the dressing room.

"The sale to United earned us €105m plus €5m in bonuses, a clause that gets triggered if he signs a new deal with United or is sold for more than €50m.

"This results in a profit of €95m, of which €27m will be paid to Mino Raiola and his company. Taking fees into account, our net profit on Pogba comes at €72m."

Pogba, who has struggled to justify his fee since returning to United, is expected to face Manchester City in the EFL Cup at Old Trafford on Wednesday night.

So.. Sakho could be gone in Jan, permanently..
If Gomez is fit by then, then do we get another CB, or stick with Matip/Lovern, with Klavan, Lucas and Gomez as backups.
I'd be happy with that, given our lack of games..
Only way we dip into the market for another CB is if we have an injury crisis..
Think if we do buy a player we try and nab Dahoud in Jan.. but... I've seen the lad play a few times now, in the CL 3 times and a couple of league games, I haven't seen anything special, what am I missing.. then again, if Klopp rates him, then who am I to argue!

    1. If a CB is available in jan buy in jan would be my say. If someone like sule or whoever is at a club and you can poach him for a good fee go do it. the thing is he won't be cup tied for anything so really its all about availability

    2. Dahoud. look at wijnaldum. don't judge him by what his club now makes him do just think what does klopp see and what will he use him as.

lets face it mkhitaryan looks nothing like the player he did so far at utd. lallana klopp told us had another 30% in him and suddenly klopp reveals it, wijnaldum nobody has any idea why we bought another no 10. suddenly he's a CM and driving our games.

That's why Klopp is the gaffer and I'm not!
Klopp won't buy or sell for the sake of it..
If he wants someone, he'll know exactly what the person can do, what he can make him do and do it!

If we are still in the race early in the new year,Klopp may like to buy all depends on him

Mamadou Sakho’s relationship with Klopp has gone past the point of no return & he'll be forced to leave during the January window. (@GFFN)

Last summer, Klopp was disgusted by Sakho’s unprofessional attitude and decided to make an example of him by sending him home. (@GFFN)

Since the summer Klopp has refused any attempt by the Sakho camp for discussions to allow the pair to rebuild their relationship. (@GFFN)

In January Sakho will be gone, almost certainly on a permanent deal, to a Premier League club or elsewhere. #lfc (@GFFN)

Sounds fun. klopp's old school.. but he's also quite swabian. I did a lot of business down in the black forest, stuttgart, munich area, frieburg etc over the past 10/15 years and i can say he is actually quite representative of the people there. I know lots of guys who'd be very similar. Like when he says "ah come on lets do this", his sense of humour etc etc. none of them would take an ounce of ****e like this of anyone. I do really like the fact that he's set a stardard.

Why? I remember well the post souness times (but really it started before souncess too) where we had Dicks, Ruddock, fat molby, fat barnes, collywobbles, even fowler.. the discipline was seriously lacking. The attitude compared to a utd side of the time was astonishing. If you look back at an early to mid 1990s premier league years show on sky you'll see utd athletes and lfc puddings. ferguson more than anyhting rules with fear and iron will. You did the right things his way.

Klopp demands the same. I love it.

Being a manager isn't as easy as some fans would like to think. I blame Football Manager and the like for this delusion.
Now, an agent on the other hand - how hard can that be that they command such ridiculous fees?

100% agree, there isn't the wrong or right way..
It's the Klopp way, comply or sod off.. there is no middle ground!

I would say that we really don't appreciate how smithers like an agent must be. they have to make these prima donnas happy day in and day out, be their counsellor and selling their wares.

that agent was prob working to this deal for 3 years? maybe towards it before the guy left utd the first time.

I'm not saying they do nothing at all, but I can't see that they deserve anything remotely like the fees they seem to command. Most of them seem to be no more than glorified spivs anyway.
Imo, the current system is a major factor in the ridiculous, and frankly unsustainable, inflation the game is seeing.

good for you. swabia is ace food.

Maultaschen - anyone should try this. especially in a beef consume. they are ravioli parcels but big and full of meet and spinich
    Spätzle and Knöpfle.
Schupfnudeln. - these and ****ing awesome for soakcing up gravy. they are rolled out folour and potato and look like cigars. lovely
Flädle supee. - for famrers. like strips of cut up panckaes in a beef broth.. love this

best of all is the pig lard spreads, salted, pigs fat with oinion etc in it.

Bascially you'll die ok but you'll die eating well.

Vension, beef, blue trout.. all great dishes in the area and the best thing is its all local. none of this bought in from where ever.

    no in fairness they can't.

But i do think they have mollycoddled players so they are so dependant on them that they will be a cash cow. player wants a car they don't buy a car they ring agent etc etc.

    I want x agent gets x.

Me too, but it didn't approximate any vaguely appropriate English word I could think of- that's why I looked it up.

Nice. Are Urdu and Arabic similar or is Urdu more similar to Hindi?
