Doesn't matter what you'd like. It's OUR Brexit 'cos you voted to leave, so keep your nose out of OUR business loser!

We don't know why people voted or what they want instead. I'm sure a few people voted out because they felt the EU was not the Federal state we need for example.

See, the mistake you're making, Power, is you're trying to be logical with Tubby.

Tubby is always right, and if you don't agree with him, you're either not sensible, don't understand, undemocratic, or a left wing loony! <ok>

You should ask the paddling pool mafia - they claim to know the reasons us leavers voted the way we did :emoticon-0148-yes:

Especially the snide Stan as he is a super informed ITK about everyone and everything :emoticon-0136-giggl

In your case because you're a thick, xenophobic bigot. Who's always got to have somebody to blame for his own shortcomings!..

Unfortunately, there's more of you around than first thought!..

So who do you think should have been appointed the MP for Witney after the by-election result?
I think you are overly relying on names
Is "Fred Fast" quicker than "George Slow" - you would be judging them by their names rather than the reality

Don't you think the polls give a pretty accurate guide. Just because they aren't 100% accurate it doesn't mean you can dismiss them out of hand. You seem to be doing that because the polls seem to indicate that a majority thinks immigration needs to be reduced. Another recent poll indicates that people think curbing immigration is more important than having access to the single market.

Britain will NOT suffer trade disruption even under a 'hard' Brexit, says World Trade Organisation chief as he vows to help us secure a 'smooth' EU divorce

It's little wonder that an infantile fool, such as you, has ever amounted to anything.

I used to have to go to Leeds quite frequently and could not believe the hotel prices. For the Novotel chain (the hotel close to the station), I would pay around £140 a night!!

Various elements have been debated and the on going Court case will determine due process. There's no appetite or need for a further referendum or other delaying tactics..

We can vote on the political make up of the UK. We cannot vote on the political make up of the EU.

Very few can even name the EU 'leaders' or representatives.

And the polls before the vote said we would vote remain!
As I've explained before I don't want any MP to vote based on public opinion. I want her to lead public opinion based on her greater access to the facts.

I don't know because the election process doesn't give me enough information to tell. I actually prefer the French system where the top two candidates run off but that has some disadvantages too. I often find myself disliking one or two candidates and not having a strong preference between the others so being able to cast negative as well as positive votes might be interesting.

I admitted the polls are not 100% accurate but they are very close. The polls v results were within the margin for error.
Who said MPs should vote based on public opinion. The referendum was a vote. If you think it was irrelevant then say so and show you are not democratic. Some people say parliament is "sovereign" but I believe the British people are sovereign. 34m people are more important than 650 people.
