You don't need to be a registered player to play in a friendly, anyone can play in a pre-season, but he did indeed miss the cup game.

In real life, Happy, you're probably a decent OK guy.

On here, with your Allam-love, you're a prat.

    Zero Allam love here Stanners.

    Zero hate too mind.

People leave jobs and move on all the time. It's more than a little embarrassing on here that when anyone does move jobs, we get the same old hand wringers blaming it on something the Allams might or might not have done. Despite there being absolutely no evidence that points that way, and in this case, 3 months notice? Kinda points to the opposite doesnt it?

On the basis the Trust haven't organised a protest over this chap moving on, in 3 months, as demanded in the post I was responding to, I take it you consider them to be "Allam Lovers" and "Prats" too?

I think it is tied into he knows that a deal to sell us will go through in 3.months and our new trillionaire owners will be recruiting people from the likes of Real Madrid, Milan or PSG.
    Or something.

If we are to be taken over, perhaps it's best that the Allam's droids leave too.

Wasn't this due to Rangers side more then our side? I seem to remember that Rangers were challenging a lot of the transfers out of the club, saying they breached the contract if they decided to join another club instead of newco rangers
Or did I imagine that one <laugh>

I think there might have been some issue with Rangers around the time he signed or maybe before, but it didn't last three weeks and it wasn't the reason we couldn't play him at first.

If you knew nothing of what when on behind the scenes then it would still be fair to assume that with the number people jumping ship then something isn't quite right.

If you personally know people that work at the club, which I do, you'd understand just how bad it is and exactly the reason why.

It's not normal for this many high ranking staff to all leave one company with a few months of each other.

Key staff at most companies have a three month notice period.

Its only the high ranking staff that get any publicity when they leave as well. People are unaware just how many others have moved on from various roles in the last year or so.

So people in the membership scheme are key staff? You'd think that they'd be treated better.

It's perfectly normal for people to go before being pushed. With the sale imminent it's perfectly sensible. It's not surprising if given recent events around a sale to the type of buyers are accurate.

If the leaving was acrimonious you wouldn't give or use 3 months notice.

Especially if you had a job to go to.

Airlie , enough with the "if you knew what I know" ****e. Put up or stfu.

No company loses all of it's key staff (bar one) in eight months, unless there's something wrong.

Ehab's quite clearly a ****, nobody wants to work for him, I find it astounding that anyone would be surprised by this.

whichever way you look at it the people leaving is a sign that's something is going on

on one hand it is because they don't like how things are now, on another its because they are going before a sale

I have to say it may be a mixture of both, but if there was an imminent sale then you might expect a few golden handcuffs to keep some key people, like the Company Sec, for a transitional period. It smells to me like people being fed up and wanting to get out of a poorly run business

    T as they say WT

You're an anonymous voice on a message board, I'm certainly not betraying peoples trust just to prove a point to you because quite frankly its irrelevant what you chose to believe and more importantly I couldn't care less.

I know, whats going on within the club, as do many others on this board, you have demonstrated that you quite clearly don't, so instead of just opposing popular opinion for attention it might be worth keeping quiet on this one.

They do though. Because they will know change is on the horizon with the alleged takeover and people move on. It happens in most blue chip companies I have worked in. The domino effect. We're not particularly receptive to change in this country. Working for the Allams may be a contributing factor, but I'd bet it's more jump before pushed when perspective new owners will want their own administrative team.
