Ten CCTV images released pertaining to recent vandalism, etc at Celtic park at the game v Deidco

The item makes specific reference, in particular, to the damage in the "away section" toilets.

Aye, right. Celtic fans did the damage in the "away end" bogs.

Every image is of a Hoops fan - Totally shameful churnalism, as always!

I stopped buying or reading the "redtops" long ago but this is surely sinking the low level even deeper

Need to ask BFDJ about this or get Sutty on the case.................

    5 arrests over the effigies.

Arrests in response to the destruction of the toilets - which was filmed, clearly showing the culprits - Zero.

No one even saw the effigies far less notice anyone hanging them up so Strathclyde's finest have obviously trawled the CCTV footage and identified the culprits from that. Routine police work.

The only reason the police have not gone after the toilet wreckers is because there is some reciprocal arrangement with Rangers where both clubs have an agreement to pay for any damage caused by away fans. That's all well and good but no one can sign a contract to ignore criminal acts, the evidence is in the public domain, the footage is widely available and yet Police Scotland have done the square root of hee haw so far it would seem. Maybe they have their hands full with tracking down the accused from last year's cup final? Maybe they are getting the effigy thing sorted out first and dealing with - what they perceive to be - the most serious offences at CP?

It's looking like a bit of a joke to be honest.
