We must all admit that our singing section (every club has one) didn't turn up yesterday! We only get going when the team get going! But it can also work if we sing & get the team going! never been the same since the move imo.
I'm pleased to report that the songs encouraged on the electronic hoardings have yet to actually spark a terrace song. Long may that remain.
There was atmosphere here, chez moi - red wine fumes and vitriol and curses that would have done justice to a stevedore...
Kids might like it. I don't find it that embarrassing to be honest we are just finding everything and anything to complain about now cause we are all pissed off.
There MUST be someone out there, a super whizz on computers who can hack into the electronic boards and have it constantly stream we want Allam out, come on all you nerds out there, get to it.
This is a ****ing horrible idea. At the same time I wonder what can be done to liven up quiet stadiums? I caught some of the Man City match today; there must have been fifty thousand in attendance but most of the time the loudest noise was coming from the players shouting at one another. It's embarrassing.
For ****s sake, it isn't embarrassing, it what it is, a bit of ****ing fun. Too many complain that the atmosphere is ****, but will not do anything about it. If you don't like the club doing this sort of stuff, ****ing stand up and chant you miserable git's.
A ****ing horrible idea indeed - flashing in front of the away support too ... it's even more cringeworthy than introducing stands.
No I think yesterday they put "your support is f***ing sh1t " in front of the away fans because they sang it several times.
Typical OSC response .... it was fun though, the Stoke fans found it so funny they were pissing themselves.
It's ****ing embarrassing TOM. Do you think it's cool the club has to teach us the words to our own songs? I'll say it again. The first home game the Allams have gone, the atmosphere will be awesome. That really is the only way.
It isn't fun. It is cringe making. Standing up? Dangerous and obstructs the view of the old and infirm and traumatises young children. People are there to have a chat, talk, about other games, show others stuff on social media. They don't want all these uncultured oiks spoiling it by making a noise. Fans should watch with quiet passion to quote a poster on here.
**** you, its my response, posted in my ****ing username. It's a fun idea, just like the flag waving after a goal. The club is trying to lift the atmosphere. Everyone who knows me, understands that I want to improve the atmosphere more than anything else.
I agree with spes. An osc response indeed. You're saying it's a bit of ****ing fun. But it's been done not in the name of fun but because of the **** atmos at the kcom. Saying it's a bit of fun is burying your head in the sand type stuff. The whole idea is nothing short of ****ing embarrassing.
