    I think its really obvious that Jose isn't keen on Mata for whatever reason. No matter what he says about him he sold him at Chelsea and now he's freezing him out of the big games at Man Utd. Its a shame for you because he's such a fantastically gifted player and should definitely be playing ahead of the likes of Pogba, Lingard, Young etc. in the attacking positions behind the forwards.

    Rashford wide didn't work for Van Gaal against Liverpool at Anfield and I don't think there's evidence to suggest it'll ever work, stick him upfront alongside Ibrahimovic or use him as an impact sub, playing him out of position is just a waste of one of your most promising players.

    I'm not sure Ibrahimovic is at all suited to away games like these, his lack of work rate sets the (negative) tone for the rest of the team.
