Well no Danny East made a one off mistake, and has apologized for it. And i highly doubt that he will do it again, the other person who recently recieved a two week ban, has constantly being offending and breaking his contract with City.

Can somebody tell me they know the facts of what Bullard will be accused of and the facts of what Danny East has done, because it seems some people on here are treating the incidents as exactly the same. The truth is NOBODY outside the Club knows what Bullard has done so to compare them with Danny East is thick!
No the facts arent the same you are right. JB hasnt committed a criminal offence otherwise he would have been charged and sentenced with AP gloating over it. JB has committed a misdemeanour and been treat like a leper. Whereas the club has backed a thug.
I haven't seen JB turn up in the dock yet, so I can only presume it's not as bad. It's absolute bollocks for anyone to defend both the club's actions in this incident AND their treatment of JB.

We both know if East wasnt a professional sportsman he would have served a sentence for this. It will be interesting to see if the Mail do a follow up on the two lads as they usually do in these cases. No mark but a clean record though!!
How is it ? Danny East was by the sounds of it provoked into giving someone a dig. A one off mistake that he deeply regrets. Something he can be forgiven for . Bullard has repeatedly taken the piss and shows not one ounce of remorse or guilt for years of arse hole like behaviour. For ****s sake don't drag out you're 'it's all hearsay' bollocks because it's wearing thin. Bullards behaviour is unforgivable . Just my opinion mind .
Danny East hit two guys, hard (injuring them). He received a conviction (suspended for 12 months) and a Community Service Order. He now has a criminal record. He apologised. Apart from the fact that he's a City player, it didn't involve the club. I doubt that he's a destabilizing influence on the other players. Jimmy, on the other hand, hasn't committed a criminal offence. His behaviour has a destabilising effect on the club. It certainly seemed to, with regard to Ash once he fell under JB's influence. And the (rumoured) Slovenian hoohah will, no doubt, have taken place with an audience of young (impressionable?) players. How can you maintain that it doesn't matter what Jimmy does, as it's all off-stage?
