    ****ing hell. Embarrassing once again.

Although even when the Allams have ****ed off, the atmos won't get better.

There's only one way to get all football grounds jumping again:

    Safe standing.

Plenty of stadiums all over Europe and elsewhere generate an atmosphere without safe standing.

Yes. That's why I said it's the only way to get ALL grounds jumping. Including ones like ours that can't create their own atmos whilst sitting down, equalling bright sparks writing chants on advert boards. Jeez.

    Cringeworthy
They would be far better used by writing abusive messages on the bit that goes in front of the away fans section!

They ****ed up the words for the Tommy Huddlestone song at the start of the season, and still haven't corrected it two months on.

The funny thing was it being in front of the West Stand as if it would result in a cacophony of noise as they sang about him coming from Italy...

Didn't it go all the way round? Displaying it in front of the away fans is cringeworthy. A shame we hardly have any fans left that offer any vocal encouragement anyway, even in the East Stand..

It might go right around actually, yes. And showing it to away fans is indeed a stupid thing to do. But hey, it's shiny and expensive so... you know...

Have people only just noticed this? It's been in place since the start of the season.

I dunno. The club were asked to try and improve the atmosphere. It's just an idea that hasn't worked, we always moan that not enough people sing, so they put the words around the outside so people could join in. At least they're trying, in a time when so much is going wrong it's good to see somebody at the club taking a bit of initiative.

If that what counts as initiative then we are well and truly ****ed.

You like the idea? Kinell, I know I'm not going but I'm still a City fan. I still feel embarrassed about **** like this.

Bring on the drummer and the cheer leaders.
