Another 45 minutes of Fraser not having a save to make. For me, the lack of shots on target we have conceded this season is easiest the biggest tick on Puel's book (best in the league).
This is the first time City have not had a shot on target in the first half under the management of Pep Guardiola - that's the first time in 15 games! Wow! That's a very good stat from our point of view.
Well, turns out we're a pretty good little team eh? Had the absolute fear Clasie was going to get a second yellow when Sterling broke at the end of the half, but haven't been terrified as yet. Sane going for the record for the most nutmegs of McQueen in one game. Think we've been excellent, and Clattenburg has refereed the game very well. #PuelOut
Man City is actually moving the ball well and enjoying most of possession. Not really threatening, but they can wear us out by making us chase and eventually open up a gap. Hopefully their stupid fans keep booing them and making them take bad shots. They are starting to get impatient and frustrated and that plays right into our hands.
Claude looking to get round the sides of that back three and then whip the ball across, which makes sense. We've played it perfectly - so far.
