Thought it was too good to be true! The other half lent some money (£12) to her sister. As repayment of said loan, her sister paid for the raffle tickets (£9) instead of giving her the cash. Yep, you guessed it, her sisters been a **** a claimed the PS4. (Raffle was on a closed Facebook group, both sisters are members. Payment is by Paypal so the payment was in her sisters name) Not a happy ****ing bunny!
If the Mrs(nm) lent money to her sister, and the ticket was a part repayment, then the prize is your Mrs(nm)'s, surely? "I'll buy you a raffle ticket to pay the money back, but if it wins I keep the prize". Hmmm...

Have you considered kidnapping them, cutting off one of their fingers and sending it her in the post. Tell her she can have her kids back if she returns the play station.
I can but didn't think she'd do it to her sister! Done loads for her over the years too; fitted laminate & carpet, wallpapered, lifts, etc. What's goes around comes around mate, I won't forget.
