    Hes playing well. Diff role for us, more of a deeper role linking play but been part of A good unit with Lallana and Hendo.

    Money was maybe £5m too much but could have been worse, could have brought sissoko for £30m instead!

    It was change down the back of the sofa.

    When we sell sturridge for 75mil to psg or west brom we will buy another newcastle player.

    Hoping Klopp has focused on the Pulis set plays. And hoping we can undo a tight defence. Think we've only beaten Pulis teams 3 times since he promoted Stoke 8/9 years ago.

    Pulis is what Monghino would be like without the billions to spend. Expect six across the back and Karius to somehow be even worse than Migs at set-pieces. One hard, hard afternoon unless we get a quick two or three goalsin the first 20 minutes like we used to do a couple of seasons ago.

    I dislike Pulis almost as much as I dislike Jose.

    My two most hated managers back-to-back. I'd be mortified if we lost. Hope we win this one more than most. WBA I have no problem with, but Pulis I despise.

    I have a surpirising soft spot for Pulis. Maybe its bcos hes Welsh. South Wales mind u, so not full browny points. (my dad was from North Wales).
    He's never pretended that he's anyhting more than a good workmanlike manager.
    In the past he would of been a Yoeman, not a founcy knight riding on horseback. Roundhead not Cavalier.
    And his teams play the same way. It's up to use to breakdown their defenses and force them to play out of thier comfort zones. Make the pitch wide and keep the ball moving, make them tire.

    With Sturridge on the bench Firminho can play his natural game in the middle instead of being pushed out onto the wing. Can see us starting at a furious pace, WBA will have to defend like mad for the first 20 minutes, hopefully they will not succeed.
