    Mike Phelan says he's still considering his options regarding an appointment of an assistant, says he's making progress but no job offers yet made. Tony Pennock to continue tomorrow.

    Phelan confirms that Sam Clucas and Josh Tymon are both options to replace the injured Andy Robertson at left-back.

    Phelan says he hopes Moses Odubajo will play again this season, called his new injury a "freak accident".

    Re the takeover - 'unaware of deal' but knows of massive Chinese interest.

    We won't have the money to buy 8 new players in January unless we are bought. Which isn't going to happen.

    It was a Chazz joke, he said i was like a japanese soldier living in and not believing the war is over. He suggested i was the only one who thought the sale of the club would not happen.
