Right now. 17 goals in 4 games against whoever the opposition isn't good enough.

Games against Stoke are always physical encounters, we have to get back to earning the right to play play football by winning the physical battle first. Team I`d go for

    Marshall
    Dawson Livermore Davies
    Elmo Meyler Clucas Tymon
    Henricksen Diamonde
    Hernandez

Can't come up with a single reason why Marshall should keep his place.

Get Dawson back into a back four, with the best players we have in those positions, in those positions. No square pegging.

    Huddlestone needs to play.

Hernandez is by far our best option upfront but he must have a player playing up and close. So Diomande by default 'cos we've got no one else good enough.

2-1 but I don't think it will be pretty.

Is there something wrong with Chazz? Has he been replaced by an alien?

This MDT is too good to have been produced by Chazz.

It's everyone else letting us down, not the Chazzster.

Where's the interesting and obscure facts about Stoke?

    The previous encounters?

A poor show by some this week.

Going back 60 years to the last time I watched Stoke City in Hull. Stan Mortensen played and we beat them 3-2 on May Day. Another was Viggo Jensen in his final year at City. Neil Franklin finished playing for us earlier that year.

Today I am going for my tried and trusted score draw!

Expect a team similar to first post but with Diomande on the left as at start of season and Abel on his own up top. Think we need Thud in to calm things down at some point but not sure he'll start with him if he didn't think he was right for last week.

Like this, but I'd try maguire in for Livermore. He's having a mare in midfield, he's too musclebound sand can't get from box to box. So maguire in as holding mid and push the other 3 up the pitch.

Team.....?... I suspect none of us will get the combination right. I never agreed with dropping Jak and IMO thats upset the apple cart somewhat as we've gone tits since Marshall arrived. They battered us at their ground in the Cup and I feel today they'll come after us from the whistle. Need to stand up to them for the first half hour at least. I'd play central 3 Davies, Dawson and Livermore, Jak in goal and after that I'm clueless...

I would be happy with this one, though Dio did well when he came on last week, so wouldn't mind him in for Marcus. Tymon for me is not experienced enough yet to be risked. A bad game could damage his development.

Got low / no score all over this one, I fancy under 2.5 goals at 8/11.

Go three at the back by bring Dawson in and moving Livermore back with Davies. Clucus, Meyler to sit with Mason or Snodgrass in a more attacking midfield role and Tymon and Elmo as wing backs then have with Herandez and Diomande up.
I'd also take a draw now.

I hope so. Cos I worry if they score early we could get a drubbing again. Stoke are a good side and are picking up now.

My theory is, after last week I fully expect we have done literally nothing in training this week except work on our shape when Stoke have the ball.

    Jak

    Elmo Dawson Davies Tymon

    Mason Jake Clucas Snodgrass

    Hendriksen Hernandez

That's mine, but more chance of winning the lottery jackpot!!

I quite like that. But Snodgrass won't offer much support to Tymon. That's why I put meyler there. More defensive midfielder.
