If you or the trust dont know then how the hall can i know The fact is only the board members know.....
You see this is what many people think but i know 100% as i was there at the time that once you hand over your money you will never ever see that money again......The club owns it all..FACT
The members of the trust dont own any shares it goes into a pot that the club can take it any time it wishes.....The shares are in the name only of the trust.....The club can sell those shares if they want and the trust have no such power and never have so when i gave a significant amount i knew fully well that i wont see it again and the club is the only ones that can sell or even give away shares...the thousands of us who bought shares were fully aware of that.....
I'm not talking about the Trust shares. I'm talking about those owned by individuals - the ones the Americans have bought (ie the American "investment").
Think about it. if the thousands of us owned these shares then if you owned one share or a thousand shares then you will have the right to vote and attend board meetings.....This is totally inappropriate in anyway shape or form and it was explained fully when we started the trust. We selected a committee which i was a member and we chose a leader who could attend board meetings but and a big but he had no vote......Most of the time we were not represented as Jenkins the chairman did not want our rep there listening in.....Why do you think that all take over discussions were taking place as early as two and half years ago and we never had a clue what was going on......It was not the fault of the trust it was the fault of Jenkins and the board for the underhanded way it treated the trust.......I was pi$$ed off with the club long before the takeover as many of us could see that we were being let down and were only here for raising funds and that is not what i and many others i may add that was led to believe what the trust was all about. We understood that all monies went to the club and we did not mind that but we understood that we would have a voice on the board and were taken seriously but as time went on this was not the case and it is a shame now that we signed up for that none of us actually owned any shares..........Were we conned i dont know but when the late great Mel Charles introduced the job of the trust all those years ago it is not the way the trust is today and that is a big shame....
Dai is talking Bollocks as usual, he just doesn't understand the complexity of the issues, which are way above his pea brain intellect!...........
That how dull you are...I try to educate you how the trust is suppose to work and how it has been working but your so thick you would never understand in a million years. Just go with the flow dragon boy it dont matter.....
What !! have you not been following ... It has a lot to do with how none of us knows what goes behind closed doors
I suggest you educate yourself by reading the statement from the Trust, which as been partly scripted by the Trusts legal team, and PHIL Sumbler the trusts chairman, and if they didn't think they had a strong legal case against this current board, and it's Yankee doodle dandies, then they would have not made the statement. I'd sooner take the advice of professional people at the heart of the issues than anything you have to offer, you really are a clown............
Your a resident clown dragon we all know that....but as thick and stupid as they come Were the yanks here 3 years ago then The trust has been undervalued well before the take over was ever thought of.....He He...
As with players who have moved on from this fantastic club and seen their careers stutter I say this. It was not them who made Swansea look good, it was Swansea who made them look good. The same applies to Huw Jenkins. In years to come if he had done the right thing by this club and made sure the club was passed on to safe hands so it would flourish in the future he could,ve walked into any pub in Swansea and not put his hand in his pocket for the rest of his days. As it is , he,s taken the yankee dollar for his own personal gain. So he can sit in a posh restaurant down in Marbella sipping cocktails and countin his money but he,ll be a nobody, just some ageing ginger guy with some cash in the bank who cant walk into a pub in Swansea cos someone will knock him out. Because in the end it wasnt him that made Swansea, Swansea made him. - ROBERT61623/EP Never a truer word spoken.................
