We are desperate for good leadership in defence. We must have a senior defender to take charge and orchestrate the defence just like Ash did as it has been a bit of a mess with no communication and are all playing out of sync doing there own thing.......We have some good players in defence but no leadership.....We are missing Ash's input.....
We are vary capable of winning any match even against the big teams but we are short on confidence and leadership on the pitch and i believe that Bob will sort that out and we will climb the table.. The players are giving Bob plenty of praise and they like his training methods and enthusiasm and there is only one direction i think we will go and that is up....
Only if the two numpty defenders of Fernandez and Taylor are dropped, will we win this game, so lets cut out the sentimental claptrap and play our best team, we just may then start to win games...........
Experience is great if you can actually play to a standard that is required and Taylor at the moment would struggle in the Championship. By far the worst LB in the PL. As Guidolin found out this year and BB will soon.

With all the deafening background noise engulfing the club, if I were a player I'd be coming out the tunnel today steaming. I am hoping BB goes for it today, lets get at them and give the crowd a reason to be loud. I hope he gets his selections right and it will be a 2-1 win for our Swans.
I'm missing the game (as I'm on holiday) so we should get something out of it. Missed Chelsea home too and we got a point there. If we play VDH at the back instead of Fernández I'd expect us to keep a clean sheet and win 1 or 2 nil. Can't see Bob dropping Fernández and Taylor but one of them should be enough. Barrow could have a stormer today too. If Watford play 3 5 2 then he's going to have a field day getting beyond their left wing back. Bob has to get the right team out. We could easily lose this game and it's one we should be winning if we want to stay in the league. Going with experience won't work. Amat and Fernández simply can't play together. Nows the time to change it.
Looking forward to the game....nice sunny day, a team that we are capable of beating, a new manager at home for the first time, a passionate crowd. There's been a lot of debate about 'must win' but it's unthinkable what our reaction will be as fans should we lose today. Like many others, with the shennanigans lately I sense the slippery slope getting just that little bit steeper if we don't get all three points. We just can't afford not to.
