Cheers Archers, was a big help. Didn't want to pay €100 for a taxi when I just had to fork out for a different flight

Yeah it was really easy in the end. I think I spoke to that guy too!! Also had a really sound taxi driver from station to hotel who told me that Inter are **** and we should beat them. Think he was an AC fan

 

That sounded really scary.

 

Everybody in Milan....have a great time, but not too good as you must still be vertical when the match is on. (Sorry, that's the mother in me...usually only have to worry about one kid, now I have a whole bunch of you ).

 

I was the only saints fan in the hotel yesterday, having breakfast today and already seen at least 15 others!

 

I am getting more and more reluctant even to go across to SMS, but today I am wishing I could be there. I've travelled enough for it to have no fears and I could have had a few days in Milan. Too late now Have a great time everyone.

I bet Saints are worried when you remember what has happened to English fans abroad before. All those innocent little Saints fans wondering about gawping will look like sheep for shearing.

Why would anyone want to be in an empty stadium 3/4 hours before kick off?/

Bit early, but, if they really intend to check every ticket and passport, it may take some time to get in. Can't be too careful, we know how dangerous the Southampton Ultras are.
