Here are some bands I've been listening to.... This album is right up my street, jangly guitars and sun soaked '60s melodies all the way from San Francisco.. Saw this article on online radio stations today, and thought of you......number 1 is a dedicated shoe-gaze station.... http://www.wow247.co.uk/2015/07/20/essential-alternative-internet-radio-stations-music/ 1. DKFM Though its website may look like it was crudely thrown together by an angsty teen using Wordart, DKFM is actually one of the world’s most established internet radio stations when it comes to all things shoegaze, new gaze, dream pop, and bliss rock. Yeah, he was great value for money as usual, cheers. He has a different Bassist than when I last saw him in 09, who has been with him for the last 3 albums along with the same Drummer and the band were really tight. he played all of the new album and saved some Husker Du and Sugar songs for the encores.... Here is an example of him live with Dave Grohl playing an old Husker Du song at his tribute concert in 2011...
Thanks for the recommendation mate, but I never listen to the radio, I tend to trawl various sources on the web like a magpie until something "shines" at me. I wouldn't like to be stuck on one genre, although I do have a penchant for Dream Pop and a bit of Shoegaze admittedly.
