And how much media coverage would a minority of fans holding up cards receive? A full, ground holding them up had no discernible effect.
Read my post again. I wrote that a minority of fans would have no effect as a whole ground holding up cards didn't. That was a reference to the protest at the end of last season which had no effect on the Allams.
I think the red cards have run their course, they could do with a reminder that they're not welcome, but it needs to be something new. I believe several options are currently being considered.
Just looking at the ticket site for Saturday and the amount left is ridiculous, i think we'll struggle to get much more than 20k for this one. The clubs fanbase is in terminal decline with these parasites and their ridiculous membership scheme continuing to linger like a rancid stench. The protests need stepping up ffs.
Apologies, lazy reading. We never sustained the red card protest though. Was it because it was the last game of the season? It was effective and efficient. It did show the level of ill feeling AND it received a lot of national media coverage. I'm sure it did cause some embarrassment for the Allams. Importantly, they could no longer claim it was the noisy minority. The other great thing about the red card protest was it got large numbers involved. I'm not sure HCST's war funds would stretch to many thousand squash balls? They outfoxed us this season by the timing of announcing we were close to selling. I suspect we may get news of some description on Thursday press conference to give us a ray of hope, and suppress any protests.
Too late for anything for this weekend then, which is a bit of a missed window of opportunity. The international break and then an away game gave us 3 weeks to organise/ galvanise etc. And if we do go for red cards, just keep it as that. I understand the reason for adding 'NO', but visually I thought the red and white blended in more with the crowd.
Log out in one identity and not forgetting you haven't before thinking youmard posting under another identity is the solution.
Why would you post telling yourself you agree with your previous post? Never seen you replying to AlRawdah telling AlRawdah his previous post was spot on?
Real pigs on the pitch. I think they are having problems with wild boars in the forest of Dean . Maybe we could help them and us at the same time.
The ****s and not going g anywhere unless you've got a spare 130m This a tough family to come to a City like Hull back in the day when if you wasn't called Mark or Steve you'd be told to **** off tells me a lot about them and then they went on to become financially successful. Good luck with the protests
