Saw Bertrand and Redmond at the club shop an hour ago. Redmond said he stayed at home as a precautionary due to a slight niggle but should be fit for Sunday. Bertrand said he was gutted not be be playing tomorrow as he has never played at The San Siro. Also said that he is fit for Sunday. Gardis and Isgrove were also there, some filming going on outside main entrance??
That Steve Claridge gets round a bit, doesn't he? Not sure whether this is mind games. You know, "Oh we're ****, and Southampton are terrifying" to lull our boys into a false sense of security. They should know that our boys don't get lulled. If they did, they'd never cope with Claude's team-talks!
As we have always been able to follow news conferences before, why introduce a new medium. What is periscope? Don't like adding anything to my computer. What is really annoying is that it pops up saying sign up to periscope....then won't let you get rid of that page or close down properly, so I end up just turning the computer off. The only good thing is that the new computer doesn't tell me off....my old one used to get quite shirty about it.
Bertrand said he was gutted not be be playing tomorrow as he has never played at The San Siro. Also said that he is fit for Sunday. _________________________________________ That would be a very nice boast. Must say I'm very surprised by that news as I thought it would be the start of Nov before he was back.
We were there getting a new shirt for my oldest to wear tomorrow at the match. They were all standing in the exit doorway. Bertrand then went to buy a couple of kits for his kids and a couple of Europa League Scarves. We then spoke to him and he signed the new shirt my son had just bought. Said he's fit, then said that it was the first time he had properly been in the club shop?
Steve, it may not help, but the match is being shown live on BT Sport 3, if you can find a TV that has BT sport (or possibly a laptop/smartphone)
