United gave others the template of how to completely nullify Liverpool last night, and Klopp doesn't have a 'plan b'

City are the best side in the division so far, and providing their key players stay fit, then I can't see past them for the title at this stage.

Nobody has voted for them yet ......

I think a lot will depend on how well Spurs' squad copes with CL football and premier league games when they come thick and fast. They've got something like 7 games in a month coming up now. It should be an indicator of how they will cope this season. Personally I think they will flatter to decive, bottling it at the sharp end of the season again.

Yeah you can see that happening which is where I can see your lot nipping in.

Also there are quite a few clubs who will be desperately trying to stop them from winning - you lot, Chelsea, West Ham and maybe even us will be trying extra hard in the head to heads.

Every single team that plays us raises its game, especially Arsenal and Chelsea. In recent seasons, United and 'Pool have started to do the same. Lesser sides, like LCFC (to use an example) always park two buses against us and then use chip-and-run football to try to hit us on the break.

It will be extremely difficult for us to win the title.

It takes a proper team to win the title.

Man City are the only candidates. <ok>

We've raised our game in recent years have we?

Seem to remember we beat you about 12-0 on aggregate not so long ago.

Yes it is.

Not because I particularly dislike Spurs. Just because its Spurs!"

Who have been your primary CL slot antagonist since 2010 . :)

"People do the same with us - just trying to mug us off because they can."

Long time ago when you was fab, beating the Poool was a big deal because
they were the Empire (and thus the benchmark) .

Arsenal v Spurs, West Ham v Spurs and Chelsea v Spurs have always been massive games, regardless of the respective team's leagues positions. They are red hot rivalry affairs, mainly down to firm elements over the years.

Spurs have always tried to raise their game against Arsenal for their fans, because for them finishing above us would be like winning the Champions League. The fact that we have completely dominated them for the last two decades, makes them even more desperate to do it.

The NLD is the biggie for Spurs supporters.
Always a good game for supporters and the neutral alike, regardless of the respective
quality of either team or what is at stake.

The others are notable only for the foul anti-Semitic behaviour of their supporters.

It's the biggie for us too. We might have had more sporting rivalry with Man Utd down the years, but the NLD is the one the fans always want to win.
