I cannot see how Karius was better than mignolet would have been. He was nervous and spread that nervousness to his defenders It is psychologically a blow for us because we were favourites but then our performance didn't reflect that. Sturridge was absolutely pants so was Can, Firmino and Henderson. For United it was maintaining their form and achieved it. We went backwards and we can't even use European football as an excuse. Why did we wait until the last 25 minutes to attack?

First half I said mate. You didn't string together a move in their half for nearly 30 minutes.... I was disappointed United didn't have more of a go second half as a game might have broken out
Lallana came on and made a difference. Sturridge is backup at best and makes no effort. If he was a player who needs one chance be worth keeping but he's too lazy for a klopp team for me. What's a realistic value we could get for him? I'm thinking 25-30mill. Fair or too cheap? TV money has over valued players so not sure.

I have to agree with Klopp. It was not the job of the mancs to go for all attacking football and lose to us. He said we weren't brave enough. Not cool and smart enough. When we are playing well, we should win at home. We paid them too much respect. He didn't blame the mancs fir even a second, he was disappointed that this was a great opportunity to beat them.
