I don't think any government disposed of apprenticeships. I think as manufacturing shrunk, apprenticeships shrunk with them. I started mine in 82, and that was under a Tory government.

 

How does the description of genocide you provided have any relevance to what is happening in this country in 2016?

It's not a bad or a good thing. It would be a bad thing if they were declining because they were being killed en masse. Is the absolute number even in decline? What difference does it make if a white British family has one child and a black British family has two?
