Moreover, last week the BCoC released its quarterly survey last week. It shows an eight point drop in manufacturer's investment intentions. And a massive twelve point drop in plans to invest in training by service sector firms, who form one of the major parts of the UK economy.

It could have a serious impact on employment going forward!...

I'm not going to say that you want this as a strawman will be posted back, but the logical consequence of your policy is that only the best qualified people from poorer countries will be allowed to come here, thus damaging their society while improving the UK's. That really isn't a good result.
