Garry Monk gets my admiration as he says and does everything us fans want him to say. A breath of fresh air and hope can live up to my expectations and Cellino leaves him to do his job. He can make Leeds great again

Well as soon as he understands that 4-4-2 can bring results, and so can 3-5-2 if you have a solid back 3 and we have

Just watched the highlights on LUTV so can't really comment on how we did as it's only 10 mins or so. The new HD LUTV is much better though.

I thought Monk had worked out from the earlier games that you can't play Hernandez and Mowatt together. Hopefully he's finally realized that from his elevated view from the stands.

Maybe he'll give Grimes a chance on Tuesday, I don't see why not as he obviously rates him so why not give him change to show what he can do.

Afternoon all ... we can all agree that Sacko was simply nowhere on Saturday, but we have to remember that he is still a baby and the Championship is unforgiving, he will come good for us ... Wood had no service to speak of, and he desperately needs players running into spaces around him (more on this in a moment) ... Hernandez suffered from the Wood problem ... Taylor did his job effeciently, and in the second half he kept going forward, stopping Derby from doing anything at all down their right ... Green had no chance with that shot, did well to get something on it, and on another day Russell would probably have stuck it in the stands ... Mowatt looked better when trying to join up play in the centre, and O'Kane was all energy and movement (good player this lad)

here's the one big issue I have seen with our current formation, there is still too much space from back to front and it hurts our build up play ... we have two holding mids (O'Kane & Phillips currently) who don't venture too far ahead of the CBs, and it has made us more difficult to penetrate through the middle, meaning teams have to take the long way round to create chances ... as we have seen, it also meeans we have gaps from the back to Hernandez, and from Hernandez to Wood, meaning that when the ball is played up to Wood he is usually isolated with no midfielders running onto the ball or beyond him

on Saturday there were numerous occasions, when Derby were sitting deep and hanging on, where we had three or four players within two yards of each other outside the area but only Wood in the box, resulting in more sideways passes and snap shots that were blocked or feeble ... the current formation requires pace down the wings, allowing out balls that push opponents back ... this should then allow the full backs to get forward in support, and also free up one of the holding mids to get higher up and Hernandez to get alongside Wood or even beyond him ... if we can't get bodies into the box often then we will struggle to score ... right now teams are comfortable defending Leeds attacks in front of their CBs, which means when they steal possession a quick counter is always on

for me, the team this season is way better than what we've seen for a while ... they keep going, and this means we are always in the game right to the end, giving us a chance at least (see Fulham 1-1) ... Leeds are certainly passing the ball much better, and there is no doubt that we can play ... our defence is solid now, the panic everytime a hopeful ball went into our box is gone

for Leeds to be successful this season, every player needs to be on it and contributing, because we simply don't have world class players who can carry those having an off day ... if Sacko was on it and running at Derby, I don't think we would have lost, and we would have seen a more tentative Derby trying to cope with his threat ... Sacko's invisible act gave Derby a free pass down their left, and they often looked for an out ball or build up down that side

I'm disappointed that we lost on Saturday, but far from distraught, and tomorrow night we'll learn more about our players ... they are capable of thumping teams, they just need that one big 4-0 to show them, and then we'll see them getting forward more and creating more chances ... MOT
