he's a solicitor
we get on well
he asked me how I voted in the referendum
we both voted out
he said he'd had nutters in the pub calling him racist because he voted out!
neither of us are directly affected by the mass influx from eastern europe; they dont come over here to work as solicitors or accountants
we both have a good income and net wealth
yet we both voted out; why?
we want this country to decide our laws, we dont want people to come to our country and work for wages a lot lower which drives down the income of British people and means we have to provide more medical, educational and property facilities
despite this we have bigots who think that there should be no controls on immigration and they dont think that the referendum result should be respected; they think that 650 people should overrule the votes of 33.5m people
