I wasn't expecting Son to be in the first XI today, to be honest.
The traveling to play for Korea seems to be too much for him, in Pochettino's opinion.
Gives him some rest before Tuesday though, I guess.

 

Why did we choose to play into the sun in the first half? Looks to be troubling a few players.

 

Brilliant holdup play by Janssen, but the pass was wrong. Shame.

Another good piece of holdup play by Janssen. Lamela get it all wrong, unfortunately.

We've been well on top for the first ten minutes, but we've created no real chances. Frustrating.

 

How is that not a foul? McClean making no attempt to play the ball whatsoever.
