I know he wasn't likely for Sunday,, but Jake Hesketh is now injured too. Sure we would've seen him at some point again.
Are these players made of glass? Pull yourself together, lads....in the old days a player would take an aspirin for a broken leg and play on.
I really hope tomorrow's games, ours and the one at Middlesbrough, are full of action and goals (for Saints at least), whilst the Monday game between Liverpool and United is a crock of ****. Reason? Match of the Day 2 has been put back to Monday night, so that the BBC, big team love in, can carry on, unabated, with the pleb teams being relegated to a mention in passing.
Liverpool v Man United is a huge game. If I didn't have Sky I'd want to watch highlights of the game.
Besides anyway, I expect Saints will have the full 90 mins up on the website by the time MOTD2 would have come round at its regular time, so one is hardly being put out by missing 30 seconds on MOTD2 one day later. I often don't bother watching any televised football these days as SFC do it well enough.
For me I won't watch it as I dislike Klopp, but I dislike sky's love affair with him more.......embarrassing sky are with their fawning.
One that continually answers you back and deserves a clip round the ear. What happened to the good ol' days when phones gave you some respect? I don't know, the phones of today - I blame the parents. And the education system. The sooner they bring back National Service, the better, I say
So that would be......a draw with injuries to Mane, Coutinho, Firmino, De Gea, Ibrahimovic and Pogba. Fair enough.
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/fo...tml?ITO=1490&ns_mchannel=rss&ns_campaign=1490 Claude apparently has a plan....good to hear.
Tbf, any squad would be a bit thin with the fixtures coming up in quick order. Saints are actually pretty lucky in the defensive department to have pretty good back up. Even young Yan Valery is a very good adventurous RB although, as Claude says, it's a bit too early. Cuco is absolutely fine. Hardly a 2nd choice, to be honest, and I have few problems with Maya, especially if Claude decided to have a back 3 for a game or two. I'd have very few problems with Sam McQueen, though right now, Matt Targett would probably be a first choice LB in every Championship team and in a few PL ones too. We need Bouffal though. If the ball is in the opponent's half then it isn't troubling our defence and he'll help keep it there. Plus Charlie will wonder where all this extra service suddenly started coming from.
