Most mancs chose their whole 11 from Fergie's time at the club others chose an all manc 11 including Best, Charlton and others from the busby babes era....no bias their then. Problem is combining today's brand of football and the quality of players from different era's, for instance how anybody from their side or ours can choose anyone but Phil Neal in his full back position is either biased or blind, he was not only an excellent defender but also scored numourous important goals in important games and that includes EC finals,. But still that would be seen as bias by them because they've had a few decent full backs themselves down the years.
I didnt chose him... but only because was before my time, same as kenny abd best etc. Even Barnes missed out as although I saw him, was right at very end of career. Best to pick an era. You either say all players from 80s or all players from 2000 onwards etc. Makes it a bit easier.

Yeah, I see your point, but some have chosen from the era before they were born due to what they've read or seen on youtube etc, its mostly people from your era having a go at the BBC question and that's reflected in most replies.
Welll its a hard one frankly. I soucl say the same on shcoles either but i just probably tried to balance it up and not have 11 lfc players there. souncess was prob the better player from a goals perspective but i could have equally gone gerrard keane in CM and put ronaldo in but who wants that guy in.. his best years were not at utd.
Depends how you're thinking about the side. In the modern game a thug like Keane would be a liability.
