What was the point in it being non-binding, then?

She protested Brown being PM when not elected to that position and now she's happy to be in the same place herself.
You disagree with her saying that Brown didn't have a mandate, as he wasn't elected as Prime Minister.

    Snowflake meaning(s) examples

A person who thinks they are perfect and unique when in fact they are not and are like everyone else.

    special snowflake
A member of that newly-adult, me’er-than-me generation which expects attention and praise just for being themselves — doing anything to deserve it is completely optional.
Oh, he’s too much of special snowflake to get a day job — his mom’s paying the rent while he hangs out waiting for the perfect high-paying project to come along. I guess the market for C-minus filmmaking majors is a little soft right now or something.

As always you're missing the point, either deliberately or because you're too dim witted to understand it. I actually think it's the latter as you come out with so much inane bullshit that you're clearly just a more literate, older, fatter version of Kustard.

The MPs aren't saying they want a vote to overturn the referendum result, they want a vote on the terms of the proposed deal so that it's not just something thrown together by a handful of far right attention seekers who could be out of office (one way or another) soon after.

I read some newspapers. Not seen anything about the UK joining an EU army or avoiding doing so post-Brexit.

If hard Brexit was/is a given in the result of a Leave vote why was it not mentioned in either campaign and why is it being debated now? I don't think you've thought this one through.

I didnt hear anybody say it was non-binding
"A referendum is to be held on whether the United Kingdom should remain a member of the European Union."
    http://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2015/36/crossheading/the-referendum/enacted

It's not saying that Parliament is wanting the referendum because they are interested in knowing what the people want
The decision was to not remain a member of the EU - no ifs, buts, or have a few more votes if you dont like the result

She didn't protest about him not having a mandate
She said about Brown: "The Prime Minister is running scared of a general election"
she was pointing out that he knew he would lose if he called a general election
you seem to be making it up as you go along

What the **** were you reading?
Everyone was well aware that it was non-binding and both sides acknowledged it.
Farage even said that a narrow margin of victory should be seen as a mandate, before the result was known.

She said that Gordon Brown “did not have a mandate and wasn’t elected as prime minister".
    Who's making it up, again?

My view that absolutely everyone agrees with, even your mate Nige?
Did you miss the links from all over the political spectrum, all from before the referendum and all agreeing with me?

Except one article referring to lawyers all the others are written by journalists or refer to people with no constitutional knowledge
the article relating to lawyers was written after the referendum vote and seeing as I was referring to what was said BEFORE the referendum can be safely ignored
don't you read what I say? how can you try to argue with me yet come up with something irrelevant to my point?

why does Farage agree with you?
mandate means "the authority to carry out a policy, regarded as given by the electorate to a party or candidate that wins an election"
he quite clearly didnt agree with you
all before the referendum? the lawyers article was AFTER the referendum
all the other articles were by journalists with no UK constitutional knowledge

You don't have a point, you fool!

The simple fact ( but apparently still too complicated for you to understand ) is that it's a fact that the referendum is not legally binding!

That's been known for ages, you silly old tosser!...<doh>
