Would you be happy if the government decided that, as part of the Brexit terms, anyone not born in this country would be forcibly repatriated? That would mean your missus would be booted out. To object to that would be undemocratic according to your Royal Lardiness.

You're a self centred, ignorant old failure Pete.

and if in the negotiations we agree to allow uncontrolled immigration as part of access to the single market?
should we have another referendum to ratify that decision?
then what would happen? an endless series of referendums?
    total madness
we had a referendum because the decision was binary
the negotiations and possible outcomes are multi-faceted and that makes it ideally suited to be decided by governments in the UK and EU

If that happened we'd see the younger members of your movement going on a race hate rampage.

so you dont think that a decision of the people of the UK is more democratic than a decision of 650 MPs?
if it was thought that the referendum could be overruled by MPs then why have a referendum in the first place?
do you know of any referendum that followed the rules and provided a valid decision which was then ignored and decided by politicians instead?

As has been explained, Kustard, you're the biggest snowflake on the thread.

As you say, the vote was a black and white question but the implications of either result weren't known at all despite what you say (the aforementioned bollocks). Given we still don't know if it will be a hard or soft Brexit, how could it have been?

The Leave campaigners were purposely vague as it was in their interests to be so and they had little de jure power. The Remain campaign were incompetent at painting a realistic picture of what a Leave vote meant (a worst case, best case or anything in between would have been nice to know beforehand).

Had we gone Remain, it was also an unknown unlike the further bollocks you and Hull spout about EU armies and total centralisation of power.

You elect a party not the PM, we are not the USA or France who elect a president.

She has a mandate, its called the manifesto the Tories produced before the GE, last year and we all voted for the party we wanted.

Not hard to understand, unless you are a remoaner.

I think that those MPs were elected to make decisions on our behalf and they should do so.
That's what they're there for. Being swayed by a non-binding referendum that's already tanking the economy is a poor choice.
They need to stop looking out for their own political futures and make the right decision for the country.
Leaving it to utter morons that have been swayed by bullshit propaganda would be stupid.
She objected to Brown being in the same position. She's a hypocrite forcing through a decision that she objects to herself.

You are right, but when so many have voted, its hard for parliament not to act on it, in fact it will be political suicide.

I concede that his repetitive arrant nonsense is irritating.

But, yes, you have a point. He's an idiot and should be treated as such.

Theresa May objected to Brown because they both knew he was able to call a general election but he would lose
Theresa May knows the law states she can't call a general election but she also knows she would win if she could

So you admit that she's a hypocrite that took a public stance that you personally disagree with, then?

The MPs made a decision to give the people a referendum to decide whether we left the EU
They didn't say that if they didnt like the decision of the referendum that they would ignore it

Nothing vague about the exit, it was going to be a hard exit, as you cant do a deal before hand (the one offered was a joke)
The EU army is going ahead, do you not read the newspapers and not taling about the Express, Mail or Guardian.
