anyone ever put big somes on teams that 2-0 up with 20 mins to play. it makes watchin the milan derby even better, especially when ronaldiho misses a penalty. had 100 pound on it last night at 1-7

 

I taped the Milan derby last night & turned it off at 2-0 with about 15 minutes to go.

I've never placed bets during play, I'd probably have a stroke

 

I laid Rangers when they 2-0 up in the Scottish Cup final a year or two back (QOTS?) as they were still looking dodgey at the back. Managed to lay them at 1.02 (50/1 not to win) just before QOTS(?) scored 2 goals. Then backed them at 5/4 to win the match. Guaranteed myself a profit of about 500 quid no matter what the result (Rangers won) which was a perfect trade.

 

Did you hear about the guy who bet £4400 on Angola to win when they were 4-0 up?

He thought he would be winning £440 and planned on getting himself a PS3 with the winnings.

He got it all wrong, he would have won £44 and it finished 4-4 anyway. He's probably dead now.

i think it seems a good way to make money, if you did the same as neville bartos and picked a 2-0 game with 20 to go, stick a ton on it @ 1/7, without using a calculater you would get approx £114.28 back, you'd win pretty much everytime barring the odd freak result but that wouldn't be enough to keep u out of profit
