    Last night on the way home from work about 9.30 this stupid **** with one of them clown masks on thought it would be funny to run along the side of my car after I pulled away from traffic lights near Kingwood . I nearly **** myself looked back in my mirror and he looked like he was bent over pissing himself with laughter ****

    I was wondering this. If a **** in a clown suit jumps out of a bush, maybe wielding a plastic axe, and I punch him in the throat, would I get away with 'Sorry m'lud he scared me'?

    I don't see why not. You would get done if you pointed a fake gun at someone so I don't see what the difference is with a fake knife.
