I am going with my boys to see Poland-Denmark at the National.Stadium in Warsaw.

The match will be played under a closed roof dispute being dry. Perhaps this is a preventative decision of the ref who was last here for the swimming pool incident against at England. :)

I am hoping for a good match and 2-1 win for Poland.

I doubt that Paweł Wszołek will play or even make the bench for this match, although I might see him against Armenia on Tuesday.

I assume these League One fixtures have been postponed due to players being away on international WC qualifying duty?

  • Millwall P Charlton P - Match postponed - Insufficient Players
  • Coventry P Chesterfield P - Match postponed - Insufficient Players
  • Sheff Utd P Walsall P - Match postponed - Insufficient Players

Why on earth are England playing one up front against Malta for Christ sake, only been on tv 7mins & bored.

To grind out a 1-0 victory against the mighty Malta.

I see that Romania were winning 3-0 away to Armenia after 11 minutes. That's the way to play against weaker opposition.

Norway doing their usual useless performance. We have the worst national team manager/coach in our history and an even more inept FA who won't get rid.

Can't be bothered until change is made to be honest.

Just watched the last 10 minutes and England are labouring with Sturridge up on his own and Rooney in the deep. Baffling tactics...

We really should be scoring a few more goals here - some good crosses with no-one on the receiving end, over-elaborate build-ups without pulling the trigger, and the Maltese keeper playing a great game.

I was going to predict that you guys would tie it up on a goal from Josh King, but see he's been subbed. Always look on the bright side...........

Match stats show Norway in total command, other than the score!

A depressingly, dull display from England.
Players missing, the keeper having a blinder and Malta's stingy defence aside, the ball was moved far too slowly and Rooney really needs to be played at centre forward or not at all. Personally I would always play Rashford up front and go from there.

Have to say though that International football, on the whole, is incredibly boring now days. Nations that aren't among the top few simply satisfy themselves with packing their defence and trying not to concede. They rarely try to win games which leads to attack against defence, mind numbing spectacles.

England's finishing was very poor, especially Delle who must improve that side of his game.

Get rid of Rooney now and pick players for the future.
