Club accounts for last season are now available on Companies House: https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/04032392 I'll leave it for the accountants on here to analyse but the £20m loss looks more than expected, mostly because of "amounts payable upon promotion to the Premier League" which total over £10m (player bonuses, transfer add-ons etc.)?! One thing to note is Allam took out a bank loan of £23m - would this be a bridging loan until the PL payment came through?
No idea but the £78.4m had interest of £2.6m and the £77m plus £23m bank loan has £3.8m due. This suggests to me that the bank loan interest is about 5% which is much lower than it could be. Or I've read it wrong. Edit: It could have been a 3 month loan at 20%? I've been out of the accounting game too long.
Christ, our commercial revenue took a huge hit. Surely not just from people boycotting the club? What else would we derive our commercial revenue from?
A good indicator would be comparing to accounts pre name change. For last season comparing to the 12/13 season would be perfect, both promo seasons from the chumpionshit.
Arse. Maye it is in the full accounts if you can get hold of them? Peter must have died, the day Hull City release their accounts must be the most exciting day of the year for him. Unless he's still drafting a 1000 page analysis?
These accounts don't tell you anything without have a breakdown of the figures provided so I won't waste my time analysing them
Fair enough I haven't read the accounts, and I wouldn't know what to look for in any non existent breakdown anyway. Also I have no accountancy experience either...but I'm prepared to give it a go if you won't My analysis, with the caveats above, shows that it's about time that the Allams sold us to someone else No need to thank me
'Only £200k' ? If 'retail sales' mean's sales from the clubs two shops then a £200k drop in takings is massive. £100k a shop ? £2k a week per shop ? If true I'm surprised they are still open.

Was this caused by a fat finger? Is this why the pound's fallen to a thirty year low against the dollar? Has it contributed to why ReAssure seem to be buying up every ****ing policy I possess? You'll have to help me out here Peter, I'm useless with money.
