@kiwiqpr I posted the one I bought a few pages back. This may come down to speed but when I try to watch a live Sky channel it buffers a lot. The Freeview Add On I mentioned does not so the Freeview UK channels work fine. In regards to Sky though you just search for any TV series you want to watch in Exodus and they are there. Live football I find the picture poor. For me it's all about TV series and films and that works perfectly with a clear HD picture and no buffering.
@kiwiqpr that looks like the box I bought, just make sure it's fully loaded. It should say that in the description.
I have the BT box & sport package which is hard wired to the router. The footy freezes during most games and other internet channels occasionally. I watch Sky sports and films through the same tv using my xbox and the sky app as a named device on a friends account. The footy freezes during most games, but the movies never give any trouble. I have Kodi on an amazon firestick which is connected by wifi and have never had a problem with connections/freezing/picture quality. Strange stuff....
Yes to all of those questions! I was the same as you before I got one mate, literally clueless. You'll be so surprised how easy it is to use.
Yes, I do. It lets you access many sites and streams that are blocked by UK isps. I certainly find it much easier to find footie streams with it than without (e.g. the Sportsdevil addon is pretty useless in the UK without a VPN), and some of the providers in Exodus also get blocked in the UK. If you're looking for a recommendation then Private Internet Access is fairly cheap and generally gets good reviews. It's also very easy to find setup instructions for Kodi + PIA on Google. Personally I use AirVPN, for no other reason than I've been using them for years now and found the service reliable (originally for Bitorrent/Sopcast/Acestream, then later for watching BBC iPlayer when I was living abroad for a while). It's a little bit more expensive than PIA, and I don't know how easy it is to setup on Android boxes (I run a Raspberry Pi 2).

Unless you're quite into tech they look like a pain in the arse to set up. If you're into that kind of stuff then it's better to do it yourself, a lot of forum geeks say never buy a fully loaded one.... I bought a fully loaded one as I'm not too good at tech, although I'm far from bad with it. Just couldn't be arsed tbh.
Make sure you buy from somebody who will provide back up if there's a problem. Fat too many sellers of this stuff are happy to take your money, but if it goes wrong, you're on your own...
Very easy to set up tbh, there's an app in google play store called " Complete Kodi Setup Wizard ", so just delete the Kodi version(build) you have and download a fresh Kodi app without any build, then use the wizard and choose from the many builds on there and it will do the rest for you.
