The good news for Jokanovic he can veto those that meet the Kline tick-box criteria - but he can’t pick them on his own. “Why wouldn’t you want to have a player the manager isn’t going to play?” offered Khan. “It would be crazy, wouldn’t it? But the approach we’ve had, you want to qualify a player on a number of different metrics, but the final judgement is the manager’s.” Fulham signed a rash of players and ran through a succession of managers to save their Premier League skins all to no avail in 2014. Khan believes that’s all changed. “We have more of a collaborative process,” he added. "Impetuosity, which has happened at football clubs including Fulham, we don't want that. Anybody else find it strange that Mr Khan referred to Jokanovic as "the manager" and not "head coach" in that interview?
Guess it could be a typo error or may be he was thinking of a future 'manager'. Shame he used Impetuosity in changing managers every 6 months over the last 3 seasons.
