I don`t get to post as much as I used to. With modificatifying (as our American friends would say) I do keep popping my head round the door to make sure the children are playing nicely but by the time I`ve read through all the drivel, the drivel I would have posted has already been thoroughly drivelled anyway.

I've been busy, mainly getting pissed and going out to football and getting pissed and stuff.

The football stuff has been boring as **** lately, it's like a transfer window come-down, I'm finding myself less and less interested in reading, not just about SAFC but football in general.

I won't be spoiling threads just cos I don't like what they are about, so I'll just be quiet and join in with the stuff I'm more fussed about.

You were complaining there's too much football. Why aren't they're more off topic threads on the go then? Looking at the board apart from this and the drugs thread(which is still sport) there's only really on-running off topic threads active. You say the place is dead but the footy threads are still ticking over. So what's happened with the off topic aspect of the board? Because that part is dead.

 

Please find me one statement of to much football.

In fairness I usually come on and try and offer words of encouragement during tricky times for Sunderland. Last few seasons I've been pretty adamant you aren't going down (though ffs wouldn't have minded you taking our place last year). This season it is genuinely harder - you're only 1 win from 17th at the moment so you're far from gone but it does feel a lot more ominous than the past few years. Still though, cheer up you mad ****ers.
