Not that I have anything against paying for sky/bt... just I live in a rented property so obviously the TV isn't down to me. Also we don't have one.

Plus the Minnesota Vikings are rarely shown on Sky, with the site I linked, you can pick any individual NFL game on any given Sunday, meaning I can watch the mighty Vikings every week when even if I had sky, I'd probably watch them about 3 times a season or so.

 

Ah, most reputable sites would do something unpleasant to you for posting links to copyright breaking streams or downloads.......

I think PAFC is selling 90 minute coverage of each game for £3.99 but presumably that doesn't come out until well after the TV companies have transmitted the 4 seconds of each League 2 game we are treated to.

 

Given what the general chat forum is like, this site is definitely not a reputable site. If it was live, I wouldn't mind occasionally paying a bit for 90 minutes coverage of a game.

 

Given all these rights agreements are negotiated centrally, it may be something available for Pompey too. It probably comes without commentary - not necessarily a drawback.....

 

Knack all happens in their matches to speak about anyway...........

 

Started to watch some gridiron from Wembley this afternoon.....gave up after twenty plus minutes with boredom....they'd played less than ten minutes in that time.....four 15 minutes quarters can last over three hours in actual time.....the technical terms used was like listening to a foriegn language.....no thank you.

I flicked over later on to be subjected by gridiron fan Akinfenwa being interviewed....being reminded that the last time he was here he scored a penalty.....thank you very much.....turned over to Songs of Praise and found that far more acceptable.

 

I can't get into it either. For me it isn't even a game to be honest. I don't see the point. Loads of very big blokes try to stop loads of very big blokes from catching a ball. Game described.

Bloody hell, you don't like NFL? Virtually unlimited violence, Olympic speed receivers, tough-as-old-boots runninmg backs, majestic QB's, what's not to like?

 

Erm.........the NFL and THAT supposed game notdistant. I really really haven't a clue what the point of it is.

 

Don't dislike their cheerleaders......I hear ours are coming back unfortunately.

Oh yes they are........interviewing for girls now.....just never been professional enough to be really noticeable.....you need at least twenty at any one time....and maybe a bit of timing and synchronization wouldn't go amiss either.

 

So demeaning anyway.

 

I didn't mind watching a bit of demeaned Gridiron cheerleading.....it's the only thing good about American Football.

 

The cheerleader thing is so outdate and nobody much cares for it anymore. A bit like Miss World, I really can't understand why anyone want to do it now and why Argyle think it's a good idea.
