They won't get top 4 (if they do at least one of Mourinho or Koeman will be sacked)

Really? Kos was practically on the line so be interesting to see if 2 players were level with him. Still handball though as well

Not actually worried about the top, that point could be crucial to Burnley come end of season. Have a soft spot for clarets. Think if we score like that against you there will be complaints, like i say get the ball to hand thing but surely when it takes the ball into the net something has to done.
Same when defending, few years back robbie keane got sent off for spurs when he dived on line to save shot going in. Completly accidental but stopped certain goal.
Just a weakness in the rule, i think. Burnley didnt really attempt to win it and the better team certainly wo just hard to stomach i would imagine?

Played on from initial flick but when chamberlain kicks it, Kos is infront of him and a yard from the line.

Sure sky will show replay to clairfy.

Why can't footballers be honest. 'Was that handball?' I don't know I tried to kick it and I don't see where it hits... well it hit you so surely you'll know if it hits your hand? No one is going to take away the goal f you say yeah it clipped my hand etc

Ok not offside as chamberlain doesn't actually kick it. Kos kicks it onto his own hand.

I think what is genuinely worrying and other fans can probably give more examples, but the amount of times that refs are getting the rules wrong. Yeah i did not spot what you spotted straight off IBWT but the ref linesman and fourth official should have spotted it straight away.
It like the leicester goal against us the other month (spotted that straight away as been driving me potty all through europa last year) but the rules states ball has to be out of area, crap by lucas but illegal goal. Very very worrying.
You just have to hope you not on the wrong side of the decision. As i said before that point could have been crucial down at bottom where points are hard to come by.

The simple solution is to have video reviews. And appeals from sideline

    All the technoogy exists.

Give them one appeal a half and have refs simply specifically ask for video ref to review for specific things... let us listen in ao everything is kbown.

For example ask about sturridge dive. Any contact, exaggerated etc.

Then the players might actually be so embaressed they not try it on.

Definitely not offside, but I could understand if the ref decides to allow or disallow the goal based on the handball. It's completely unintentional but it does go in off his hand.

Makes up for the 2-3 other hand ball shouts against Burnleys defenders in there own box earlier in the game though <whistle>

It could work for certain things, but take the Kos handball today - one persons opinion on it is different to another... There's no definitive answer

Did you make the same prediction last season by any chance?

Arsenal and Spurs for me have the most settled squads who should have a level of consistency to them, City have a good squad and likely the best manager in the league. I'd say those three are the teams with most chance of remaining in the top four come the end of the season. Chelsea will need to improve and be far more consistent to get into the top four, same with Utd. Liverpool could go either way and I think how many injuries you get and to who will play a big part in how comfortable you find the season. Everton shouldn't be expecting to get top four, they are the outside bet for me.

Even if you drew. A point at Burnley is a very good point. :bandit:

Not sure it does cause they were ball to hand and didnt stop the ball going in or even a chance as i remember but only half watching so maybe i didnt see it :)
No problems with Arsenal, they who I am sort of cheering on in Europe, want them to win it as think Wenger revolutionised football in this country for the better. Would be amazing for them to win it and for him to leave on a high.
Just dont think that goal should have stood today (i hate the ball to hand rule btw - when i was young it was simple ball direction changed or stopped = handball the only decision is card or no card)
