You appear to be tying yourself in knots here.

You have illustrated, repeatedly, your lack of understanding of pretty much the entire issue under discussion. Your every post is clear evidence of your total incomprehension of how nations, governments, institutions and companies do business with each other.

Just saying things doesn't make it true.
You seem to think that Corbyn will sweep to power due to his lying deluded supporters who prefer a life of sitting on their arses rather than working for their income. But then again the lazy and feckless know no other way to live. Corbyn has as much chance of winning the next election as Owen Smith had of winning the Labour Party leadership election but he still tried to lie his way to victory.

Will MPs get a vote or will May still be able to trigger it on her own?

Those people you describe voted alongside you as they blame foreigners for their own laziness. Given your size and attire it's clear that you are a lazy slob.

If it's a bill, it will have to be voted upon. This is not article 50, this is the Gvt wanting to repeal the 1972 European Union act. Which they have to do before they can trigger article 50, I believe.

On the off chance you're not being facetious, because I doubt you're clever enough for that, my post was in jest to mock the attitude towards immigrants (or just anyone who isn't pasty and a bit dim) of you particularly but some others on the thread.

It has to get through the House of Lords where the Tories are in the minority. This is a fudge by May. It's a potential way out that she can blame on everyone else. A bit like appointing Davis, Fox and ****wit to the three Brexit cabinet positions. She's proving to be quite the coward.

Would the Lords vote against the Commons on this? I don't see it. Would make this thread interesting though.

Will the Commons vote for it? Why is she introducing a Bill if she's not looking to pass the decision and blame onto everyone else? Previously she had indicated that Brexit Means Brexit and she would sort it out. Then she appointed the three stooges. Now this.

Strange why she would risk that, unless she will use A50 as a back up, or she will bribe her own MPs (drop the Grammer school bill, to get them onside?)

Everyone else would have understood the tone of the post. You're alone in your gargantuan, illiterate stupidity and pidgin English.

You're a middle-aged man who takes comfort in blaming immigrants for your own nothing existence and idolises an obese xenophobic accountant. You're only worth responding to because your persona on here, which I hope is all it is, is so ridiculous in the 21st century.

    It's not an either/or .
The vote to repeal the original act would have to take place at some point before leaving the EU and would only take effect from the moment we leave.

The benefit of doing it now is it nullifies the legal cases that were arguing that Article 50 couldn't be triggered as royal perogative because it would make the original act obsolete.

It also gives assuramce to doubters that Brexit is genuine
