Thats it, thats Payets goal. Somehow I was expecting more the way they were talking about it on the radio. Looked more like Middlesbrough's defenders just didn't bother to tackle.

Finished the day terribly though. That Willett/Westwood going behind on the 17th hole will cost us I feel. 3 pts is a lot to get back on USA, especially looking at the match ups.

They only need 5 pts to win the Ryder Cup, looking at the match ups like Dustin Johnson Vs Chris Wood on paper at least that is a huge mismatch and its hard to see us getting anything out of a match like that.

Though with the first 4 matches Reed Vs McIlroy, Spieth Vs Stenson, J.B. Holmes Vs Pieters & Fowler Vs Rose. If we take the lead in them, which the players listed are capable of, it might give the rest of the player a huge boost and give Europe some momentum

 

Seen a few comments that are rather underwhelmed by it, be funny if the public didn't vote it gotm. The shot itself was a total scuff miss-hit as well.

 

Judging by the way it came across I was expecting a giggs or molby type goal.

Both those goals was class. Payet was more luck than judgement.

The world we live in now where media hype everything.

 

Not seen goals yet but heard payet goal was messi like according to billic, sounds like he might have been over exaggerating.

 

Was a good goal, but the orgasmic response of the media was way over the top. They were talking like it was the best goal ever seen, and it was nowhere near that.

 

Best I have ever seen has to be Maradona goal against England. Await replies of hand of God lol.

Owens goal against argentina was good too.

Payet goal was nowhere near as good as giggs or molby and even they ain't the best.

 

And then some. Only one Boro defender even tried to make a tackle, the other three and the keeper just let him run across them. The shot itself was a complete miss hit, had he caught it properly he'd probably skied it or put it straight at the keeper.

It was a good goal, but no better than good.

 

God, utd are so boring to watch.

 

No sympathy from me if you choose to watch that shower of ****e.

Only time I watch them and have little choice is when they play us.
