Trouble at every game this season. Boro fan stabbed today and another one bottled. Fighting in and outside the stadium. Bout time the FA came down on them. This is trouble in full public view. Whether they like it or not it's now a family sport and kids shouldn't be seeing this sort of stuff. I'd implement fines, dock points, and even make them play behind closed doors if continued. Well I've had more ****ing ****e at Boro than anywhere else apart from Chelsea in 85 so **** them. Edit - had none with WHU. Edit again - ****ing Barnsley - total twats.
The worst part of the East-end situation is that often Millwall fans will go roaming and take anybody on.
If I remember correctly West Ham don't pay for the policing the people who lease the ground to them do ( i.e. us) among other match day costs
Scumbags. The ground looks lawless. Having been for a wander round there, even with police it would be a nightmare to manage. West Ham expecting someone else to pay for this, after getting the ground funded by the public purse? **** off.
Simple solution, take the ground off them. Play every game behind closed doors because you can't behave.
Tel, The FA won't take that sort of action against a London based club, that's not how they operate. They will swan about until somebody gets killed then blame the police for not doing their job correctly.
West Ham should be told , or maybe offer, to say that as they were virtually given a larger stadium. and since then there have been problems at their games, they should use the revenue (don't know exactly, say £1m give or take ) from the additio0nal 20/30000 they can now take, to finance the matchday police bill. They're having it all ways, free ground, increased income, less liabilities.
The licence to hold matches at the London Stadium should be suspended as it is obviously not a safe environment for fans to go to a game of football. Unless it is better controlled, what is going to happen when one of the London clubs goes there. Arsenal or Spurs for example. All hell will break loose. And West Ham should foot the police bill.
One against many. He was well up for it. They had to hit him in pack numbers of he would have flattened one.
