They probably don't trust him, I believe that is a valid reason for players not passing to a team mate on this board

 

In other words, we pulled them so we could tell the national teams they are injured. They will be fine once the squads meet up.

Wijnaldum and Milner aren't the only players on the pitch that can pass to Sturridge though, Coutinho and firmino are more than capable of creating for Sturridge but couldn't, maybe it was the type of opposition? But I still think he was lazy today.

I might be being harsh but you'd have thought that seeing as he's not starting games for Klopp he'd have put in more of an effort.

Lallana might not have the end product that Studge has but I'd rather have someone that's going to put in the effort for the team (Lallana) as opposed to someone who's just going to stroll around.

 

Yes Lovren was probably doing a Rooney/Giggs/Ronaldo/any Man Utd player ever, but Lallana was 23 mins in #seemslegit

 

We'll agree to disagree then, but if you watched Studge you'd see that continuously being available as an option (and in fact being in prime goalscoring positions on several occasions, especially in the second half) takes more than 'strolling'. Maybe he just makes it look easy.
