    Sarkozy has made an interesting offer if he wins next year. EU treaties to be rewritten, scaling back it's power and moving immigration control back to nation states, Eurozone to be further integrated and separated from the EU. All talks with Turkey about joining to cease.
    He wants the UK to stay in the EU and help him achieve it.
